- I work for the Latino Organization for Liver Awareness (LOLA). An organization dedicated to create awareness on Liver Disease, Transplantation and Organ Donation. I am the Senior Patient Care Manager. I educate the community on Hepatitis C, assist patients with their questions and concern, and facilitate our montly support group.

- In addition to working in at LOLA, I have also lived the transplant experience through my sister. She is a two time liver transplant recipient, who dedicates her life to helping others through this organization. I have been there to witness her desperate need for a liver both times, and have also experienced the miracle of her transplantation.
