Alas Valerie- that was from several Games back. With full time work and a long commute I don't have enough time to train. I am sure you will have a wonderful time. I had a great time at the 3 games I attended. I was with Team NC. All I did was swim, swim and swim. Let me know how your events go. My best!

Kathryn: You are so right about the guilt thing. I try not to, but it seems to always find me?!!? Sammy has a really great daycare too. We waited a long time on a waiting list to get him in to it. We had a friend watch him while we were waiting. He is a very social kid so I think that daycare is good for him too. I just didn't picture my life like this. I was going to do all the fun mom things with him and then send him to preschool. I guess God had other plans!! Thanks for your support!!

Kids are amazing. Sammy has adjusted very well. It is me that has the problem. I want him to be home with me and not in daycare. He loves school and most days has no problem going. He has asked a lot of questions about why I can't do things and when am I going to get my new lungs. We explain things in very simple language for him. So far he seems to take it all in stride. I have a feeling that I will get my chance to be his full time mommy one of these days, so I am just trying to patiently wait.

Hey :) I had my heart cath test today. (the last test for my eval) Then i met with the team. Everything went great with the heart cath test, even though it was a bit traumatic. (long story) The results were great. Anywho, the coordinator told me that the team will meet next wed. to discuss the newest cases and she will call me after the meeting is over and tell me what they decided. More likely than not, i should be relisted :) Thanks for caring.

Thank you for your support. I am sure you know all the feelings that are going through my mind right about now. I got sick when my son was 2 yrs. old, so I haven't picked up my baby since he was 2. I have seen some of your posts on Transplant Buddies. That's were I met Kim who invited me here. I will chat more, but now I it's bath time and I like to sit and watch my husband give Sammy his bath. At least I am included in all that goes on, I just can't do the activity.

Thanks again!!
