I thnk we played yall last time about 2 yrs ago in b-ball.....
the last time we made it to the final 4, we upset yall
pretty badly.... of course any other year i don't thnk we
could normally hang w Duke in B-ball. Football is king of
sports at LSU though! :)

Hi Meghann, yes I have Yahoo Messenger it is Amy_Glessner@yahoo.com. My lung function got down to 13% when I was transplanted so you can make it girl!!!!! I'm going to start swimming and hopefully be able to participate in the 2010 Transplant Olympics. I used to swim in Jr. High School. I don't know if my lung function will improve but I'm going to give it my all. I love your wallpaper, how did you do it? I'd like to do it with the GATORS. I'm from FL and I went to UF so that would be so cool to do my backround as GATORS! Let me know. I'm usually online at night so you can IM anytime after 8:00PM and catch me. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care, Peace & Love, Amy

Are you sure, you are on UNC's lung list? Your page looks a little dark...blue, that is. Thanks for the congrats! Hopefully you will get congratulations soon too. How long have you been listed? I'm often in clinic (since I work there). I'll see you around?

Hi Meghann, it's a bummer that you had to be relisted, but I must say that breathing with new-used lungs is pretty sweet. Plus UNC has a AWESOME transplant team, so you are in good hands.

Meghann, I think Duke is faster, I don't know why but unless it gets down to the "knitty gritty" I'd stay with UNC because they do know you and thats a huge plus. I have BOS or broncholitis obilterans syndrome from chronic rejection but they have been able to stop it's progression for now. I understand now why you need transplant. Staph is bad stuff and that's what I got in my lungs at 33 and my lungs declined quickly but then again I had CF on top of that. Hang in there! Do you know what your FEV1 is? Mine is 46% and steady! Yea! Talk to you soon!!!
