- i feel very blessed to have received a kidney-pancreas transplant in 1992 and then i was given life a 2nd time by my sister Barb in 1998 so i am especially greatful to these two unselfish women who have given me so far 15 years of life to appreciate every day...god bless all the donors and donor families, they are truly heroes..ty all!!!

- i was just looking up the 2008 transplant games site and found this site so am not sure about it yet, but did a lil reading and it seems like an awesome way for the transplant community to communicate...ty to the founders of transplant cafe..what an awesome idea

Yes and the pancreas makes things alot easier to huh? 'amen'
I just lost my 'transplanted Pancreas' after 18 1/2 years...yes a bummer~~~but God is good (the best!) and I am eligible for another kid/pan as I have never built up any scare tissue:)
