How are you? It's Zach from Team SoCal. I wanted to see when you have time in September. My friend would like to interview you sometime. You can bring your medal. Also, did you hear from Bill about running a 10k in San Francisco in November?

Great job at the Games. Maybe you could run the 10K in San Francisco in November as a part of one of the triathlon relays that Bill Wohl from Arizona is putting together. You ran real well.
