Hey Justine,
Will the radio station give you a copy of your interview, or will they keep it as theirs? Would be a cool thing if you could have it and post it to your site after it's gone from the link above, then it will always be available. Also, if you have those newspaper articles and have permission to post, you could post them as blog entries here if you want.

After I hit the second link (first is no good) I followed your instructions, but there is no "mid morning" or "most popular shows" links or tabs on that second page anywhere..(that i can find).

Yes I will be able to get a copy of the radio show - and will try to get it uploaded properly. I have the newspaper articles..will either figure out how to scan or ask newspapers for an email link - to have articles placed on here. Awesome. Heard the interview and now have a voice to the face. Great information to put out to the world Justine. Every little bit helps. By the way, you may want to give people this link to go to: http://www.bbc.co.uk/essex/ which goes directly to that page. I think most won't figure out what you mean by pasting "BBC ESSEX" into URL page and even then there are no other exptensions (.com, .uk, etc.) to go with it.
